Your shoes will be dispatched the same day of placing your order unless your order is processed after 4.00pm in which case your order will be dispatched the following day. For all our UK orders we either use Royal Mail or a National courier service. Please be aware that all deliveries need to be signed for by someone on arrival so if you know you won’t be at home, please select an alternative delivery address during your ordering process.

For orders under £85.00 in the UK costs are £4.50 per item plus £3.00 per additional item or Royal Mail Special Delivery for £6.50 plus £3.00 per additional item.
Europe £12.00 per item plus £4.50 per additional item. Free International Signed for Service using Royal Mail on orders over £150
USA £16.00 per item plus £4.50 per additional item. Free International Signed for Service using Royal Mail on orders over £150
Rest of World £18.00 per item plus £4.50 per additional item. Free International Signed for Service using Royal Mail on orders over £150
Overseas
Our overseas customers orders will either be couriered or sent by Royal Mail post (International signed for) depending on the country. We send all overseas order using a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service. This means that product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as UK VAT. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival, if necessary. With International delivery you should receive your order within 5 - 7 working days but please allow up to 10 working days for delivery due to the occasional delays with customs. Please note that all orders will need to be signed for by someone on arrival as proof of receipt.
Packaging
Your shoes will arrive carefully wrapped and cushioned in layers of recycled tissue paper and packaged in our beautiful hot pink, branded recycled shoe boxes. All of our shoes come with adorable organic cotton drawer-string shoe bags - all in all - the ultimate guilt-free treat for your feet!
