Use the size conversion chart to help choose the correct size. Please note that sizes do vary slightly from style to style.

Payment
All orders are to be paid in UK pounds. Pay by personal cheque (UK only). Or credit card, Visa, Mastercard, Switch & American Express accepted. Credit card orders automatically convert (e.g. US Dollars) into UK Pounds. Credit cards are authorized at time of order download but are only charged when goods are shipped. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Access, Mastercard, American Express, Switch and Connect.
Cheques Are to be made payable to BEYOND SKIN LTD.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, postal mail or email.

Shipping And Handling / Delivery Schedule
Will aim to dispatch orders within 7 days but please allow 28 days for delivery. UK only will usually use next day courier who will need someone to sign for goods. Please try shoes on carefully and indoors. If you need to change them for larger or smaller sizes, please return them marking the package returned goods and enclose a note explaining action required. We despatch a 2nd pair at no extra postage cost (UK only). Overseas customers must also send return postage. Full refund given (less p&p) for goods returned unworn within 28 days. Prices may change without notice.

Back Orders
All products are subject to availabilty. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and may be offered an alternative colour or later delivery date.

Tax Charges
The prices shown on our pages are the same for all people regardless of their country of purchase.
Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of despatch in its original &lquo;unworn condition&rquo; and we will refund the product price. This will not include your postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Should you have a complaint against Beyond Skin for whatever reason please do not hesitate to email us at info@beyondskin.co.uk Your correspondence will be kept strictly confidential and any suggestions that might improve our service will be considered in great detail. Beyond Skin will endeavour to respond to any form of complaint within five working days from receiving your email.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We do not disclose buyers information to third parties. The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, address, phone number, email address, credit/debit card details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. Returns Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of despatch in its original "unworn condition" and we will refund the product price.
