It’s easy, follow these steps to your buy new shoes… If you know what style you are looking for, you can use our ‘shoe search’ option at the top of the homepage. If you are browsing, you can see our whole collection by clicking here. Once you have found your new-to-be shoes, select your size and colour then click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button underneath each item. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page. You can use the 'REMOVE FROM BASKET' link to delete items from your shopping bag. Click on ‘Checkout’ to complete your order. Enter your payment method then viola. All you have to do now is sit pretty and wait for your lovely bundle of delight to arrive!
DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER? No, you can shop with us without creating an account. If you do hold an account with us, this means quicker shopping! To create an account, simply click on 'Register' to fill in your details.
I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO? Fret not, it’s easy to do! If you have forgotten your password, click here to change it or follow the 'forgot your password' link which will give you instructions on the Register page.
Team Beyond Skin eagerly try on all of the styles each season upon arrival, and have given you guidelines on sizing and fit. HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK? All items are in stock unless "Sold Out" is written in red beside the shoe. If there is a pair of shoes that you simply need, and it says we are out of stock, email us on customerservice@beyondskin.co.uk and we can see if we are expecting a delivery and you can place your reservation. Always worth an ask if it is a must have!
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE? We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Solo, Switch and debit cards and that payment will be debited from your account at the time that your order is placed by Sagepay. If you would prefer to place your order over the phone please ring us on +44 (0) 1273 778837. We can also take cheques, please let us know you arranging this so we can remove your shoes from our stock list (so they are not sold twice)! We use Sagepay to ensure that your card details are securely protected, so fret not your information is in safe hands. We ship worldwide. We use a signed for service for all of our shoes. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for further information.
Yes you do need to sign for you shoes, this way we can track that they have arrived to you safely.
You will receive an email from us to let you know that your shoes have been sent out using either Royal Mail or a courier service. If you would like us to track your order, please contact us on customerservice@beyondskin.co.uk with your name & order number, then we will let you know the status of your package.
We love the shoes we make and believe in quality and will not be happy until you are.
So, if our shoes are in any way not suitable, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back. The reverse side of your sales receipt has help on how to go about returning your shoes to us. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on sale or sample shoes only credit notes.
Please can you make sure you try your shoes on carefully and indoors. We believe you will be delighted with your purchase but if you are not happy with your shoes or need to exchange them for a different size please wrap and return them marking clearly on the outside package (please, not on the shoe box) 'returned goods'. Then, please fill in the reverse side of your invoice to let us know why you are returning your shoes, so we can quickly put things right.
We are terribly sorry ladies, but we are not yet able to cover the cost of returning your shoes. If you wish to send your shoes back to us for an exchange or refund, please make sure that you use a ‘Signed for’ service to send them back as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for anything that does not arrive.
We will however send you your exchanged pair of shoes back to you at no extra cost.
If you have fallen out of love with a pair of shoes and would like a refund, please return new and unworn within 28 days from the date on which you received them. A full refund is given (less postage and packaging), please allow two statements for your refund to show back up on your statement. We aim to refund our customers within 14 working days of receipt of your goods.
All returns will be credited to the original customer's credit card including sales taxes for all EU countries and excluding shipping charges. Refunds of International customs duties and sales taxes (if applicable) are excluded on shipments outside the EU.
Please be aware that we cannot accept any returns if your shoes have been worn or marked but if you have any queries at all please do not hesitate to contact us.

To ensure your shoes live a long and happy life, we recommend that you spray your new shoes with a fabric protector to protect them from the perils of the outside. Your shoes like to be kept dry, but if you stumble in to a puddle please clean with a warm, damp sponge or if you have a muddy encounter, please leave them to dry then brush off.
We use the highest quality Italian faux leather linings which are breathable, anti-bacterial and cruelty-free. Our uppers are made from a selection of eco-friendly fabrics, which varies each season.
