Delivery & Returns


Your shoes will be dispatched the same day of placing your order unless your order is processed after 2.00pm in which case your order will be dispatched the following day. For all our UK orders we use a National courier service. Please be aware that all deliveries need to be signed for by someone on arrival so if you know you won’t be at home, please select an alternative delivery address during your ordering process. 

  • Free UK shipping on all orders using a signed for courier service next day delivery (not guaranteed).
  • For guaranteed UK next day delivery £3.50 (not available for delivery at weekends). Saturday delivery costs £9.00 but please note order must be taken before 3pm Friday.
  • Free worldwide delivery using a signed for courier service on all orders including the USA (some exclusions may apply).
  • For express delivery to USA, Canada, Australia and EU countries we offer a £30.00 International signed for courier service. For the USA, New York area and EU countries this is an overnight express service. For the rest of the USA and Canada this is a 2 day service and for Australia and the rest of the world a 3 day service (please be aware these delivery times are customs pending).

All overseas orders including USA will be sent by a signed for courier service (some exclusions may apply). Please be aware that our product prices are exclusive of taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for any import duties levied by the country you are shipping to; if taxes are applied payment is necessary to release your order from customs. Please note that orders to the USA that are under $800.00 do not have to pay taxes/duties

With International delivery you should receive your order within 2 - 5 working days but please be aware it may take longer due to the occasional delays with customs, we wanted to warn you! All orders will need to be signed for by someone on arrival as proof of receipt. 

Your shoes will arrive carefully wrapped and cushioned in layers of recycled tissue paper and packaged in our beautiful hot pink, branded recycled shoe boxes. If you have any problems with your pair of Beyond Skin's please do not hesitate to contact us at as your happiness is very important to us :) We hope you love them! x


We believe you will be delighted with your purchase but if you wish to exchange them for a different size or have fallen out of love with them, please wrap and return them marking clearly on the outside package (please, not on the shoe box) 'Returned Goods" and we will either exchange them or give you your money back. The reverse side of your packing slip has help and information on how to go about returning your shoes to us. Please can you make sure you try your shoes on carefully and indoors on carpet. Then, please fill in the reverse side of your packing slip to let us know why you are returning your shoes and the action you wish us to take, so we can quickly put things right. Please make sure that you use a 'signed for' service to send them back as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for anything that does not arrive.

We will however send you your exchanged pair of shoes at no extra cost. Please make sure you return your shoes new, unworn and in a sellable condition within 30 days from the date on which they were delivered. A full refund is given (less postage and packaging if applicable). We aim to refund our customers within 14 days of receipt of your goods and the amount may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account depending on your card provider. All returns will be credited to the original customer's payment method credit card/Paypal including sales taxes and excluding shipping charges. Refunds of International customs duties and sales taxes (if applicable) are excluded on shipments outside the EU. Please be aware that we cannot accept any returns if your shoes have been worn or marked but if you have any queries at all please do not hesitate to contact us.
