Most of our shoes are an average width fit but if we feel that a particular style has come up large we will make a note of it on its page info so where possible you can make an informed decision.

FAQs

How do I make a purchase?

Just follow these steps to your buy new shoes… If you know what style you are looking for, you can use our Search feature at the top of the homepage on the right hand side. If you are browsing, you can see our whole collection by clicking on Womens. Once you have found your new-to-be shoes, select your size and click the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button underneath each item. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the pink shopping bag in the top right hand corner, and then the VIEW BAG button. When viewing your bag, you can click the black cross on the right hand side of the product to delete the item from your shopping bag. Then, enter any discount codes in the box on the bottom left, and click APPLY VOUCHER. Once you're happy with your order, and then click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to complete your order. Next, enter your payment method, select your shipping method & let us know how you found out about us. All you have to do now is sit pretty and wait for your lovely bundle of delight to arrive!
 

No, you can shop with us without creating an account. If you do hold an account with us, this means quicker shopping. To create an account, simply click on MY ACCOUNT to register.

Can I order EU size 35, 42 or 43 shoes?
 
Yes! We have a service for you to order smaller or larger sizes. To find out more, read the instructions on this link & sign up to the mailing list.

 
How do I know if an item is in stock? 

If you hover over the different sizes on the product page, if the button below reads ADD TO SHOPPING BAG, it means they are currently in stock. If the button readers PRE-ORDER, you can pre-order them for an upcoming delivery. Check the product description to see which month we are expecting that delivery. If there is a pair of shoes that you simply need, and it says we are out of stock, email us on info@beyondskin.co.uk and we can see if we will be restocking them in future. Always worth an ask if it is a must-have! 

 
What payment methods do you take?

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Solo, American Express, Switch and Debit cards and that payment will be debited from your account at the time that your order is placed by SagePay. We also take payments from PayPal.
 
 
Is it safe to use my card details online? 
 
We use SagePay to ensure that your card details are securely protected, so fret not your information is in safe hands. If you prefer, you may place your order over the phone. Please have your payment details ready and call us on +44 (0) 1273 778837.
 
 
Where do you ship to?

 
We ship worldwide. We use a signed-for service for all of our shoes. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for further information. 
 
 
Do I need to sign for my delivery? 

 
Yes, you will need to sign for your shoes so we can check they arrived to you safely.

 
Can I track my order?
 
 
You will receive an email from us to let you know that your shoes have been sent out using a courier service. You will receive email updates from the courier as to the status of your package.
 
 
How do I return or exchange an item? 
 
We love the shoes we make and believe in quality and will not be happy until you are. So, if our shoes are in any way not suitable, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back. The reverse side of your sales receipt has help on how to go about returning your shoes to us.
 
Please can you make sure you try your shoes on carefully and indoors on carpet. We believe you will be delighted with your purchase but if you are not happy with your shoes or need to exchange them for a different size please wrap and return them marking clearly on the outside package (please, not on the shoe box) RETURNED GOODS. Then, please fill in the reverse side of your invoice to let us know why you are returning your shoes, so we can quickly put things right.  
 
We are terribly sorry ladies, but we are not yet able to cover the cost of returning your shoes unless there was a factory fault or you were sent the wrong shoes. If you wish to send your shoes back to us for an exchange or refund, please make sure that you use a Signed-For service to send them back as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for anything that does not arrive. We will however send you your exchanged pair of shoes back to you at no extra cost. 
 
If you have fallen out of love with a pair of shoes and would like a refund, please return new, unworn and in a sellable condition within 28 days from the date on which you received them, and a full refund will be given (less postage and packaging). Please allow two statements for your refund to appear. We will process your refund within 14 days of receipt of your goods. It may take up to 5 working days for the money to appear in your account depending on your card provider.
 
All returns will be credited to the original customer's credit card including sales taxes for all EU countries and excluding shipping charges. Refunds of International customs duties and sales taxes (if applicable) are excluded on shipments outside the EU. Please be aware that we cannot accept any returns if your shoes have been worn or marked but if you have any queries at all please do not hesitate to contact us.

To ensure your shoes live a long and happy life, we recommend that you spray your new shoes with a fabric protector to protect them from the perils of the outside. Your shoes like to be kept dry, but if you stumble in to a puddle please clean with a warm, damp sponge or if you have a muddy encounter, please leave them to dry and then brush off.

We use the highest quality 100% recycled Italian faux leather linings which are breathable, anti-bacterial and cruelty-free. Our uppers are made from a selection of eco-friendly fabrics, which varies each season. It is our philosophy that wearing alternatives to leather is the best way to help save our environment, reduce carbon emissions and our planet. Where can I try Beyond Skin shoes on?
 
If you're ever in Brighton or Hove & would like to swing by & try some shoes on, you're more than welcome but please arrange an appointment first by emailing info@beyondskin.co.uk. We're in the office Monday to Friday and appointments are available from 10am until 5pm. We do have dogs in the office just to let you know!
