It was with great anxiety that we put the phone down after being told that our large Spring Summer 2011 delivery of lovely vegan shoes were M.I.A. – missing in action! Surely not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The lorry had broken down & a replacement was sent to collect the bundles of delight to keep them moving on their way to us. However, much to our panic during this crisis the driver was A.W.O.L. and we couldn’t contact anyone who knew where the shoes were! Panic set in, but luckily our amazing ‘Agente Provacateur’ Sue saved the day & hunted the lorry & shoes down… big sigh of relief (thanks Sue).
Luckily the keeper of the shoes has them under control & they are due to arrive in England on Thursday, so providing that no other crazy unexpected trauma’s occurs we shall have the shoes in our grasps by Friday ready to send out. We are all here at the studio warming up our arm and leg muscles anticipating the great, and somewhat weighty unloading of the truck of all of our new spring summer vegan shoes, then at the ready to rapidly send them out to their rightful owners! Phew!
We are pleased though that the shoes didn’t have too far to go, only from Spain to the UK – it must be a lot more stressful & chaotic shipping shoes from the Far East.
